Garrys mod my subscriptions not downloading

I have a problem. Anyone knows the "downloads" where to manage downloads right? OK So i got a problem there, when i go there i see , "garry's mod - workshop content. Another option is to try to backup your addons from your desktop, then unsubscribe from all of them through Steam Community.
